HOP 232 - Observation on 5-Dec-2014

The target here was the large south coronal hole. The observation was coordinated between Hinode and IRIS.

EIS observations

The study issi_jets_v1 was run between 18:15 and 00:07 (6 rasters). The image belows shows the EIS field of view on an AIA 193 image at 18:15 UT.

IRIS observations

Paul Boerner was the IRIS planner, and he selected a bright point that was going to be at (+130,-752) at 18:32 UT. A 16-step raster of size 15" x 120" was used with exposure time 15 seconds. As IRIS was in eclipse season, there were four separate observing blocks:

18:41-19:35
20:18-21:16
21:56-22:54
23:33-00:31
